OnThe Course August 4th

Starting in the Dark this morning.
We had a thunderstorm roll through the course right around midnight last night giving us close to 0.75" of rain. We have a lot of branches down and the cooler stand on #10 blew over. We will be mowing greens this morning and raking bunkers. We will be setting the course up for the Women and Senior Club Championship. We will be working on cleaning up the branches this morning and so far we have not seen any major tree issues. Once the sun comes up where we can see a little better we will make sure we don't have any hazardous hanging limbs.

We did not irrigate any areas of the course last night as we were able to disable the system before the rain moved into the area. The fairways are holding some water and we have some more rain on the way. It should clear up later today and the high temperatures should barely reach 80 degrees. We will be cart path only for today due to the amount of rain we received.
