On The Course June 27th

University of Minnesota Goal Line Club Shotgun Today!
We have a busy day on the course again today with the Juniors this morning and the University of Minnesota Goal Line Club this afternoon. We are mowing and rolling greens this morning. Fairways, collars and approaches are also being mowed. Troy and Brandon will be setting the course up this morning for the tournament. We will be putting out some special flags for the event today and as a University of Minnesota alumni I think they look great.

The crew will be doing some work on the Executive Course later this morning in preparations for the outings we have tomorrow. The next few days look to be very good with a slight chance of thunderstorms later tonight into early tomorrow morning. The heat will be sticking around for the next week with daytime temperatures in the low 90's. We will be watching the course very closely and will be making some agronimic adjustments if the course needs it. With the high temperatures we want to make sure we do not stress the greens too much and create a potential anthracnose situation.

We will be spot watering the golf course throughout the day and will be handwatering greens if necessary.
