Today we are mowing and rolling greens. The course is drying out from the big rain earlier this week and with the cool temperatures forecasted for this weekend we should have a great Senior and Women's Championship. Tees and Fairways are being mowed and cleaned off. We will continue to work on some of the fairway areas that were damaged during the heat of summer. Some of these areas will be sodded and some will be aerified and seeded. The higher traffic and larger spots are being sodded to ensure a quick recovery. We are having a Grounds Meeting on Tuesday and will be getting our fall projects and aerification schedule set. We are going to be aerifying greens and tees the day after Labor Day. We will be adding some drainage in some fairway areas this fall as well complete a couple of irrigation projects.
