 We were able to take some time yesterday to allow the Grounds Staff to enjoy a little swimming in the pool and a cookout. JD did a great job running the grill for the staff as a Thank You for pulling carts in the mornings. Thanks to Chefs Jeff and Jerry for helping prepare some of the food.

Today we are mowing and rolling greens and are hopeful the storms miss us this morning. The leading front of the storms are mainly to the south but with high dew points, humidity and temperature something could pop up anywhere. The cold front should move through this morning and leaves us calm and cool for the remainder of the weekend. Fairways, tees and approaches are also being mowed this morning. I was able to enjoy a quick round of golf last night with a couple of staff members.

We will be working on equipment today getting everything organized and ready for Tuesday's aerification. I will be posting a short video from last year's aerification on the blog later today.
